As a Beachbody coach, I'll be using those workouts during this journey. The good news about that is there are dozens of workout programs that BB offers to suit every need.

They can all be found on my site, and you can even compare prices and what each one has to offer. You can also contact me if you're interested or have questions.  

With that said, I'm not an expert on any of this stuff. I'm learning right along with you and want to make the most of it. I'm more of a resource than an expert! This section of my blog will discuss what workouts I'm doing, challenges I've experienced and of course, the triumphs and results! Stay tuned... this will be FUN!

And also sweaty. Very sweaty.

   Today I started the T25 workout program again! I've tried it once before, but honestly, I didn't follow through. This time, I'm READY and DETERMINED to complete the WHOLE program!

  T25 has two parts, Alpha and Beta. You start with Alpha, which is 5 weeks. And then you transition right into Beta, which is another 5 weeks. The trainer is Shaun T., who is well known for his Insanity workout program. He doesn't mess around!

When you order T25, it comes with both the Alpha and Beta workout DVDs, a nutrition guide full of amazing recipes to keep you on track nutritionally, some resistance bands needed for a few of the workouts, and even a handy calendar to mark your progress.

Each day, a different workout is scheduled. Today was cardio. Cardio is no one's favorite, but the workout is fast-paced and you get through it super fast. Stay tuned for my results of T25 Alpha and Beta!
